3. Account Registration
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You must be at least 16 years of age to use the Service.
- One person or entity may not maintain more than one free account.
4. User Content
- You retain ownership of all content you submit to Guest Glance (profile data, messages, search queries).
- By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to use it solely to operate and improve the Service.
- You represent that your content does not infringe on any third-party rights.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
- Send unsolicited bulk messages, spam, or automated outreach without proper consent.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or the Service's infrastructure.
- Scrape, harvest, or mass-extract user data from the platform.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation.
6. Paid Services
- Free accounts are subject to usage limits (searches and connections) as described on the Service.
- Paid subscriptions (Pro plan) are billed in advance on a monthly basis via PayPal.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

7. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, code, features, and branding, is owned by Guest Glance and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service without our written permission.

- The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
- AI-generated match suggestions are probabilistic and may not always be accurate. You are responsible for evaluating whether a match is suitable for your needs.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access to the Service.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Guest Glance shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the past 12 months or $100.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these terms or is harmful to other users, the Service, or third parties.
11. Changes to Terms

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Dubai, UAE.
